The cask yielded only 226 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 63.6%
Founded in 2015 on the site of the closed Imperial distillery. Matured in a bourbon barrel and reracked into a first fill ex-oloroso barrel for over 7 years giving layers of rich dried fruit and sweetness.
Founded in 2015 and one of Speyside’s newest distilleries, we’re delighted to be presenting one of the very first bottlings from this distillery at 10 years old. Matured for over 5 years in a fresh Oloroso cask offering intense fruit and spice notes.
The tasting revealed raisins & dates, honey cereal and red apple skins.
